The hotel is adorable with super friendly staff. Its location is the best possible right in downtown Kelowna. - the property is next to the airport and walking paths. - There is a Tim Hortons nearby for coffee and treats.

This place has been recently renovated and is in a great location near the beach, Bernard Street, the lake, downtown, and the marina, offering a unique and neat unit with a king-size bed.

Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast, oil and sauna.
Villa is a bit euphemistic for a motel that has come oh age. Absolute negative point is the incredibly loud a/c.

Location, location, location...it was located directly across from City Park and was very close to the park, beach and shops. As well a short walk to the casino and various other venues.
The rooms and equiptment were usable and clean but quite old and outdated. The bed was not very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were a lot smaller than they appeared on-line from website.
