The truth, what's good and what's not
The location is fantastic! Steps from the water with a park across the street. Funky rooms add a unique vibe!
Service felt inconsistent. Delays at the front desk were frustrating. The atmosphere was lively but noisy at times.

The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired!!! I had to replace the toilet paper roll, hear noisy neighbors, and deal with unattractive floors. Plus, no toothbrushes or slippers provided!!! Fix those details!!!

Location, location, location...it was located directly across from City Park and was very close to the park, beach and shops. As well a short walk to the casino and various other venues.
The rooms and equiptment were usable and clean but quite old and outdated. The bed was not very comfortable and the pool and hot tub were a lot smaller than they appeared on-line from website.

Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast, oil and sauna.
Villa is a bit euphemistic for a motel that has come oh age. Absolute negative point is the incredibly loud a/c.

We stayed just one night in the zed king bed room and it was so much fun! The retro vibes are amazin, like the cool rotary phone and the free yo-yo as a gift! We loved playin table tennis and hangin by the outdoor fire pit. It's just steps from the beach and cafes. The place is bright and cheery, def a unique spot to chill!
only downside was the noisy heater, made it hard to sleep, and no coffee makers in the room got me headin to the lobby for a cup.

Continental breakfast has no hot food other than toast/waffles (no hot eggs, bacon, sausages) For the price it is nothing special, lots of other comparable and better hotels for the same price and cheaper. No deals on several nights stay, same price every night. Rooms are so-so, bathrooms are not all that great. All in all a very average hotel for a bit above average price. Location is the #1 benefit of this hotel.
